The next time you stop in at City Hall in Lincoln, be sure to check out the art display in the lobby by the elevator. City employee Kathy Vinyard has made a connection with the Lincoln Art Institute and is planning on doing a revolving art display in the City Hall lobby. This piece, reported to be by local artist Moses Pinkerton, is just one of three original works of art that are on display right now, with promise of new pieces in the future.
