It was a great day in Mount
Pulaski for the Fourth of July activities. The weather was absolutely
beautiful.
A nice crowd turned out for
the VFW chicken dinner uptown on the square.
Boy Scout Troop 122 had a
very successful pork chop dinner at two locations: East Park and the
parking lot of Johnson's Food Center.
Meanwhile, the crowds for the
garage sales were huge all day.
The evening was perfectly
capped off at Frazier Park with a performance by the Mount Pulaski
band Haircut Actual and, of course, the eagerly anticipated
fireworks display.
The folks of Mount Pulaski would
like to thank all of those who participated in the day's activities
and helped to make it such a success.
