PUBLIC MEETING NOTICE
TO THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF LINCOLN, ILLINOIS
Please take notice that the Plan Commission
of the City of Lincoln shall hold a public hearing on Thursday,
July 25, 2013 at 7:00 P.M. in the City Council Chambers, City
Hall, to hear the following petition.
Abraham Lincoln Memorial Hospital has filed
an application for Preliminary Plat approval and Final Plat
Approval for a Major Subdivision of the land being more
particularly described as follows:
A tract in the Southeast Quarter
of the Southeast Quarter of Section 26, Township 20 North, Range
3 West of the Third Principal Meridian and shown as Tract 2 on a
plat of survey dated April 4, 2011 by Darren Forgy, IPLS No.
3637 and more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the southeast corner
of the Southeast Quarter of Section 26, Township 20 North, Range
3 West of the Third Principal Meridian; thence South 89 degrees
59 minutes 33 seconds West along the South Line of Section 26, a
distance of 87.31 feet to the westerly right-of-way line of
Lincoln Parkway and the Point of Beginning; thence continuing
South 89 degrees 59 minutes 33 seconds West along the South Line
of Section 26, a distance of 1,230.59 feet to the southwest
corner of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of
Section 26; thence North 01 degree 02 minutes 13 seconds West
along the west line of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast
Quarter of Section 26, a distance of 871.00 feet; thence North
88 degrees 57 minutes 47 seconds East, 10.00 feet to a point on
a non-tangent, 435.00 foot radius horizontal curve, the center
of circle of curve bears North 76 degrees 39 minutes 14 seconds
East; thence along the curve, 574.49 feet through a central
angle of 75 degrees 40 minutes 07 seconds with a chord bearing
of South 51 degrees 10 minutes 49 seconds East for a distance of
553.64 feet to a point on the existing tangentially curved
southerly right-of-way of Stahlhut Drive having a radius of
435.00 feet, the center of circle of curve bears North 00
degrees 59 minutes 07 seconds West; thence continuing along the
curved southerly right-of-way line, a distance of 222.59 feet
through a central angle of 29 degrees 19 minutes 04 seconds with
a chord bearing of North 76 degrees 19 minutes 35 seconds East
for a distance of 220.16 feet to a point on the existing
tangentially curved southerly right-of-way of Stahlhut Drive
having a radius of 460.00 feet, the center of circle of curve
bears South 28 degrees 19 minutes 57 seconds East; thence along
the curved southerly right-of-way line 227.56 feet through a
central angle of 28 degrees 20 minutes 38 seconds with a chord
bearing of North 75 degrees 50 minutes 22 seconds East for a
distance of 225.25 feet; thence South 89 degrees 59 minutes 19
seconds East along the southerly right-of-way line, 125.45 feet;
thence South 68 degrees 11 minutes 14 seconds East along the
southerly right-of-way line, 53.85 feet; thence South 89 degrees
59 minutes 19 seconds East along the southerly right-of-way
line, 200.51 feet to the westerly right-of-way line of Lincoln
Parkway; thence South 01 degree 06 minutes 09 seconds East,
623.54 feet to the point of beginning, containing 17.38 acres,
more or less.
The petition shall be on file in the Code
Enforcement Office in City Hall for public inspection, comment,
questions and objections may be filed with the City Clerk until
3:00 P.M. on July 25, 2013.
