Community Action Head Start at the corporate office
in Lincoln seeks dynamic, organized, self-motivated
individual to fill the full-time position of HEAD START
HOME BASE MANGER for the six county service area.
Key responsibilities include supervising and
mentoring staff; enhancing and developing relationships
with community partners, families and the general
public; assuring compliance with HHS standards.
Requirements include: BA with 18 hours in Early
Childhood Education, at least 3 years in teaching and/or
supervisory experience in an early childhood (infant &
toddler) program, ability to work without supervision.
Travel within the service area, valid driver’s license
and the ability to work flexible hours is required.
Benefits include health, dental, vision and life
insurance, vacation and sick leave, 403 (b) retirement
plan and paid holidays.
