Inquiring minds want to know. This house in the 300 block of Fifth Street has people talking around town. The house is on legs, so when is it moving? And, where is it going? The answer is, nowhere! A firm from Farmer City was contracted to raise the house. Goodman Excavating will be digging under the house and 18 feet behind. A basement will be put under it by Gene Baker's crew. Then an addition will be put on at the back of the house. Can't wait to see how it all turns out! And ... now you know the rest of the story.
