Geneva A. Hamil, 93, of Lincoln, formerly of New Holland, died
Thursday, Feb. 28, 2013, at 7:20 p.m. at St. Clara's Manor.

LINCOLN-Geneva A. Hamil, 93, of Lincoln, formerly of
New Holland, passed away at 7:20 p.m. on February
28, 2013 at St. Clara's Manor, Lincoln.
Geneva was born on June 24, 1919 in Cornland, IL the
daughter of Edward and Grace Weddle Rhodes. She
married Howard W. Hamil.

Mrs. Hamil is survived by many nieces and nephews.
She was the last of her immediate family. She was
preceded in death by her parents, husband, son:
Larry Lee Hamil, three brothers and three sisters.
Geneva worked at a dry cleaners in Lincoln, was a
member of First Cumberland Presbyterian Church of
New Holland and then the First Cumberland
Presbyterian Church of Lincoln.
Services for Geneva will be Tuesday, March 5, 2013
at 11:00 a.m. Fricke-Calvert-Schrader Funeral
Home, Lincoln with Steve Blaum officiating.
Visitation will be one hour prior to service at the
funeral home. Burial will be in Lucas Chapel
Cemetery, rural Lincoln. In lieu of flowers,
memorials may be given to St. Clara's Manor of
Lincoln.
