Today at noon the public is invited to join Mayor Keith Snyder and the Logan County Department of Public Health in the dedication of the first smoke-free park in the city of Lincoln. The event will take place at Postville Park on Fifth Street. Signs will be placed in all city parks designating them as smoke-free environments by order of the Lincoln City Council.  Today also marks the annual Great American Smokeout day nationwide.
