The Logan County Board Finance Committee met in special session on Aug. 27 to continue working out the next year's budget. About 30 county employees joined the session to comment on several raises and other increases in the budget. Some of those present were there in support of proposed salary increases that are currently written in, and others, particularly those who are nonunion employees, wished to make their needs known.
