Emily Messner is ZLS Student of the Month

[September 11, 2013]  Emily Messner, an eighth-grader at Zion Lutheran School in Lincoln, has been selected as the ZLS August/September Student of the Month.

Emily has been on the high honor roll, and her school activities include speech team, Bible Bowl, Scholastic Bowl, Math Bowl, Spelling Bee, Geography Bee, choir and choir chimes.

Emily is a member of Lincoln Christian Church.

Her church and community activities include choir, youth group, church play, piano, Together for Lincoln and Girl Scouts.

Emily most enjoys reading.

Emily's goal is to one day be an interior designer or lawyer.

Her parents are Dr. Brian and Barbara Messner of Lincoln.
