Students
from each grade at Chester-East Lincoln were given the honor of doing the ribbon-cut
Tuesday evening on the school's remodeling projects. Superintendent
Jennifer Hamm said the students selected were chosen because they are role
models in their classes. Snipping the ribbon was Grace Mathon, who was the
2012-13 CEL Student of the Year.
