Joyce Grimsley was selected on Monday as the 2014 Volunteer of the Year at St. Clara's Manor in Lincoln. Activity director Penny Tipton shared a resume of all that Grimsley does for the residents of St. Clara's, then awarded her with a framed certificate and several other gifts. All this took place during the annual volunteer luncheon.  Be sure to see more photos in the albums below.

SPECIAL NOTICE

On Friday at 10 a.m. the Logan County EMA will conduct a special test of all outdoor warning sirens. This process will allow technicians to evaluate and test newly installed controller equipment. The old system was destroyed by lightning on April 3.
