LINCOLN - Another Christmas Parade has
successfully made its way through Historic Downtown Lincoln. The
music was festive, the floats were amazing, there was more candy
than you could get your hands on, and the magic was in the air with
visits from Santa Claus and Elsa.

There was a large turnout from the community and dozens of
business, organizations and efforts participated in the parade. Each
year prizes are awarded for Best Band, Best Float, Best Walkers,
Best Vehicle and the coveted Mayor's Choice.
Because of the number of amazing entries, choosing the winners was
no easy task for this year's judges who were Mel Anderson of the
Lincoln City Council), Ryan Anderson from the Logan County
Sherriff’s Office, and Nick Hanson from the Lincoln Rural Fire
Protection District. After a lot of discussion the judges would like
to announce the following winners:
- Best Band: Lincoln Community High School - $50.00
- Best Float: Charron’s Auto Repair - $50.00
- Best Walkers: The Christian Village - $25.00
- Best Vehicle: BobCat Brad Services - $25.00
- Mayor's Choice Award: LifePointe Church of God - $100.00
Main Street Lincoln and the City of Lincoln would like to
thank the community for coming out and the numerous business,
organizations and efforts for their participation.
