AUCTION TERMS: Buyer(s) to enter
into a written agreement on the day of the Auction
requiring 10% of the purchase price as down payment with
the balance due at closing. Possession will be at
closing which will be on or about January 16, 2015. The
Seller will pay the 2014 Real Estate Taxes due in 2015,
by allowing the Buyer a credit at closing. The Seller
will pay a pro-rated share of the 2015 real estate
taxes. The Buyer is responsible for the remainder of the
2015 Real Estate taxes and subsequent years taxes. The
sale of this property is not subject to the ability of
the Buyers to obtain financing. The seller reserves the
right to accept or reject any and all bids. Property
