  • Bixler, Kevin L., 43, of Lincoln, arrested Feb. 8 on Seventh Street at South Jackson on charges of driving under the influence and possession of cannabis 2.5-10 grams. 

  • Cox, Elijah P., 20, of Lincoln, arrested Feb. 8 on Woodlawn Road at Heitmann Drive on charge of theft of motor vehicle and possession of stolen vehicle.

  • Jordan, Charles N., 39, of Lincoln, arrested Feb. 8 on North Madison Street at 21st Street on charge of residential burglary. 

  • Martin, Stephanie L., 27, of Clinton, arrested Feb. 7 in the 800 block of Malerich Drive on charge of retail theft. 

  • Sprague, Joshua B., 29, of Lincoln, arrested Feb. 7 in the 1000 block of North College Street on charges of possession of controlled substance and theft. 

  • Taylor, Dionte D., 27, of Lincoln, arrested Feb. 8 on 10th Street at College Street on charge of driving with a revoked license.

Logan County Sheriff’s Department

  • Buckhoy, Latoria L., 29, of Peoria, arrested Feb. 7 at the Tazewell County Jail on Logan County warrant for failure to appear in answer to charge of driving with a suspended license. 

  • Hubbard, Kaolin D., 38, of Mechanicsburg, arrested Feb. 8 in Williamsville on Logan County warrant for failure to appear in answer to charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and driving with a suspended license. 

  • Tarrant, Brian K., 48, of Bloomington, arrested Feb. 8 at the McLean County Jail on Logan County body attachment.
