Richard
W. "Dick" Hoaglin, 89, died Sunday, Feb. 16, 2014, at 1:05
a.m. at St. Clara's Manor in Lincoln.

Lincoln- Richard W. "Dick" Hoaglin, 89, passed away
at 1:05 A.M. on Sunday, February 16, 2014, at St.
Clara's Manor in Lincoln.

Dick was born on September 9, 1924, son of Gilbert
and Thelma Brown Hoaglin in Lincoln. He was united
in marriage to Betty Amberg on December 23, 1942 at
St. Charles, MO. She survives him in Lincoln. Other
survivors include his sister: Marsha K. (Clinton)
Coffman of Lincoln; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, two
sisters, and a brother.
Dick worked as a building contractor and a real
estate broker.
Cremation rites will be accorded by
Fricke-Calvert-Schrader Funeral Home in Lincoln.
A private burial will be at St. Mary's Cemetery at a
later date. Memorials may be made to Memorial Home
Services Hospice or to St. Jude's Children's
Hospital.
