Realtors with the Logan County Board of Realtors sold 339 homes
in 2013, 45 more than the 87 sold during the same time period in
2012. The average selling price for homes in 2013 was $88,760, up from $87,967 in 2012. Median prices were down: $72,000 compared with $75,000. The length of time that the average home was on the market was a little longer. The "days on market" figure in 2013 was 187. This was 13 days longer than in 2012. Some segments of the market are performing better than others. The Logan County Board of Realtors advises contacting one of the members to get a professional perspective of a home's marketability.
