Milton Plummer, 83, of Lincoln, died Wednesday, Jan. 22, 2014, at
Symphony of Lincoln.

Milton Plummer, 83, of Lincoln, passed away January
22, 2014 at Symphony of Lincoln.
His wishes were to be cremated. Burial will be at a
later date in Camp Butler National Cemetery.
Holland Barry & Bennett Funeral Home in Lincoln
has been entrusted with his care.
Milton was born May 30, 1930 in Elkhart, IL., the
son of Frank and Lena (Tucker) Plummer. He worked as
a construction foreman in the area for many years.
He proudly served his country in the United States
Army and received three Purple Hearts for his
service in Korea. He was a member of the American
Legion Post 263 in Lincoln, IL. and the VFW Post
1756 of Lincoln, IL.

Surviving are his sisters Eleanor Jane Bair of
Williamsville, IL. and Judith Vancil of Westerville,
OH.
Memorial donations may be made to the VFW Post 1756
or to the American Legion Post 263 and will be
accepted at the funeral home.
