Monday morning many came to
enjoy breakfast and an inspirational program in honor of Martin
Luther King Jr.
The annual Joyce Kinzie/Martin
Luther King Jr. Scholarship Breakfast is the primary fundraiser for
the scholarship fund.
The morning was filled with
excellent food prepared by chef Warren Wendlandt and staff, great
music from the Second Baptist Youth Choir and Lincoln College Chamber
Choir, and a firsthand account of the 1968 march on Memphis from
the Rev. Dr. Carroll Richards.
