Monday afternoon a storm producing high winds and heavy rain passed through Logan County. In Lincoln, it was reported that approximately 1.5 inches fell in 20 minutes. Near Latham Park, the heavy rain was evidenced by this large pool of water at the intersection of Latham Place and North Kickapoo Street.
