Yesterday the derelict building located at 217 S. Sangamon Street came tumbling down in just a matter of seconds. The city of Lincoln building and safety officer, John Lebegue, said on Thursday evening that he was very excited to see the building on its way out. He noted, "This was a great day for the city of Lincoln."
