Dan and Harriet (Dahmm) Hopp celebrated their
50th Wedding Anniversary Friday, July 25th.
The couple was married at Immanuel Lutheran Church with the Rev. Ohme
Osterbur officiating.
Their attendants were Fritz Baldin Jr. and Beverly Stoltzenburg,
both deceased.
The couple has four children; Kevin Hopp of
Lincoln, Martha (Wes) Green of Atlanta, Ann Marie (Steve) Irwin of
Beason, and David (Christa) of Glen Carbon IL. They have eleven
grandchildren and four great grandsons.
Dan has retired after 43 years as a carpenter and Harriet retired as
a cook at District #27. The couple plans to celebrate by having a
meal planned by their children.
