The money raised during the Challenge will go to support the work
that Home Sweet Home Ministries does to combat homelessness and
poverty in the community. “In June, July and August we look forward
to provide over 6000 nights of combined shelter for men, women and
children and shared nearly 33,000 meals with our hungry neighbors,”
explains Matt Drat Development and Community Relations Manager. “The
resources that the Challenge has provided will not only meet the
immediate needs of those we serve, but also help us to design and
build programs that address the chronic issues experienced by the
homeless, hungry and hurting in a way that builds on the potential
that exists in every person to support themselves and experience
dignity in the process,” adds Drat.

Donations are still be accepting as part of the Community Challenge.
