Purchase an established Sears retail business

[March 07, 2014]  The Lincoln & Logan County Development Partnership has sent out a second "County-wide Communication" alert, this one about the established Sears business up for sale on Lincoln's west side, at 2790 Woodlawn Road.

All inventory in the store is owned by Sears, which allows the buyer to have no investment expense toward inventory and lowers risk for the owner-operator. There is a week of training with Sears corporate.

Financing incentives are available. A successful candidate may be offered the opportunity to buy multiple stores.
