Please take notice
that the Historical Preservation Commission of the City of Lincoln
shall hold a public hearing on Tuesday, April 1, 2014 at 6:30 P.M.
in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, to hear the following
application:
John Guzzardo has
filed an application for Certificate of Appropriateness pursuant to
Section 2-10-15 of the City Code, to replace awnings and make other
exterior repairs to the building(s) located at 509 - 517 Pulaski
Street:
The property is
legally described as: 8-1222, Lots 4, 5 & the Southeast ½ of Lot 6,
Block 19, Original Town now City of Lincoln, Logan County, Illinois,
commonly known as 509-517 Pulaski Street.

shall be on file in the Code Enforcement Office in City Hall for
public inspection, comment, questions and objections may be filed
with the City Clerk until 3:00 P.M. on April 1, 2014.
