Saturday night a near traffic jam began to form on the city's far west side as fans eagerly awaited the return of the Lincoln High School Railers basketball team. The traffic heading east to the high school was part of a hero's parade for the team who made LCHS history this weekend, placing second in the Class 3A state championship. This is the highest ranking LCHS has ever achieved in its 101-year history of basketball.
