On Monday evening, city of Lincoln alderwoman Kathy Horn was presented with the 2014 Larry Shroyer Award by the Logan County Emergency Management Agency in recognition of her service to EMA over the last ten years. Pictured above is Horn with Reverand Glenn Shelton, who is also on the board, and in the background is Darwin Shroyer, the nephew of Larry Shroyer. On Thursday evening, Logan County Board member Rick Aylesworth was given a similar award. Read both stories in today's edition of Lincoln Daily News.
