Today marks the 13th anniversary of what may very well be the most horrific event in our Nation's history. While it was terrible, it is something we can not, must not, ever forget. While some of our readers today were too young then to understand what was happening at the time, they still know the impact it has had on our country. To help keep this day in remembrance, LDN has chosen to re-print six articles; three from 2001 and three from the ten-year anniversary in 2011. We hope you will take some time out today to quietly remember and give thanks for the lives lost, and perhaps share a memory with someone who may not have been old enough to understand.
