LCHS girls tennis, Sept., 23

[September 24, 2014]  LINCOLN - On Tuesday the Lincoln Community High School Girls Tennis team played against Lanphier High School and won every match except one.

The one loss by our #4 singles player was largely because she injured her hand. Below are the scores:

6-3; 4-6 9-11

#5 Singles Alexandria Tibbs beat Sarah Ziogas
8-2

#6 Singles Jeris Bender beat Morgan Seger
6-4; 7-5

Doubles

#1 Doubles of K. Bere/M.Van beat
H.Walker/E. Puyear 6-0; 6-0

#2 Doubles M.Joseph/A. Tibbs beat C. Johnson/M. Hartle 6-4; 6-2

#3 Doubles J.Bender/A.Doolin beat M.Seger/S.Thomson 8-3

Freshmen Adriana Doolin and Ariana Spencer also won their exhibition matches.

LCHS next match will be on October 29th at East Peoria High School.
