Pictured
is a carriage house from back in the days of horse
and buggy. The house has recently been moved from a
private property in Atlanta to the Hawes Elevator
Museum site. The building will be subject to some
much-needed love and care by the Atlanta Historic
Commission. According to Billie Cheek of Atlanta,
this is the last standing carriage house in the
city.
