The
Monday night voting session of the Lincoln City
Council was short and sweet, lasting less than 15
minutes. One of the highlights of the evening came
early, when Mayor Keith Snyder did the honors of
swearing into duty the city police department's new
administrative assistant, Susan Pegram. She will
officially begin work on Thursday.
