The
second festival of the season in Lincoln is now in
the history books. The Arts in the Park event began
with a kick-off dinner on Friday night and wrapped
up on Sunday. In spite of the high heat and humidity
on Saturday and a little rain on Sunday, the
festival enjoyed a good turnout of guests and
shoppers.
