Part-time Communication Coordinator

Communication Coordinator Christian Home, Inc. is a not for profit senior living provider. We are a faith based ministry committed to providing excellent resident-focused services with options in skilled nursing, assisted living and independent living.

We currently serve over 3,000 residents within our communities throughout Illinois, Indiana, Iowa and Missouri. We seek a part-time Communication Coordinator to join our Corporate Development team. Duties will include planning, writing, and designing newsletters and other collateral materials for our Development Department.

The Communications Coordinator will plan, write, and layout the development department news letter for donors and churches. Duties also include interviews for Corporate and campus news releases, annual reports and design of some Development Department brochures.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Journalism or related experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in graphic design software
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects
• Desire to be part of faith based ministry We offer a competitive salary
