This
evening members of the Lincoln City Council will be
meeting for a special session in Normal. The Council
will begin the process of building a Strategic Plan
for the future of the city of Lincoln. The meeting
will be held at the Multimodal Center in Normal. The
address for the Center is 11 Uptown Circle. The
meeting is scheduled to start at 5 p.m. and run to 8
p.m. The process will continue on Saturday with a
daylong session beginning at 8:30 a.m. As is the case
with all city meetings, the public is welcome to
attend.
