On the left is a
criminal fact sheet on James Costello. This
page was shared with attendees at a meeting
conducted at the Oasis on Friday. Logan
County Sheriff Detective Mark Landers spoke
on how to avoid scammers. Costello, also
known as the Irish Traveler, has been in and
out of Logan County since 2008 perpetrating
home repair scams. He works with several
alias' and has multiple identification cards
from multiple states, but the photo on the
ID is always the same. If this man comes to
your door, turn him away and contact the
Logan County Sheriff's office. |
The couple on the
right, Lynette and Billy Collins, are also
suspected home repair fraud criminals. Billy
R. Collins uses a number of other first
names. Again, if this couple approaches you
to do home repairs, turn them away and
contact the Sheriff's office at
217-732-4159. |
