People v. Robert Arnold, No. 14 CF 153
On October 28, 2015, Judge William Workman accepted a fully negotiated
plea sending Robert Arnold to the Department of Corrections for the
offense of Domestic Battery, a Class 4 Felony. Robert Arnold previously
pleaded guilty to the offense which occurred on November 27, 2014.
Robert Arnold was placed on felony probation. On May 29, 2015, the
State’s Attorneys’ Office filed a Petition to Revoke the probation
alleging Robert Arnold violated his probation by consuming alcoholic
beverages and failing to report to probation as directed. As required by
statute, Robert Arnold will be placed on 4 years of mandatory supervised
release (formerly known as parole) upon completion of his prison
sentence.
People v. David Marshall, No. 15 CF 142
On November 3, 2015, Judge William Workman accepted a fully negotiated
plea agreement sending David Marshall to the Department of Corrections
for the offense of Driving While License Revoked, a class 4 felony.
Terry Hess was sentenced to 2½ years of prison followed by 1 year of
mandatory supervised release. David Marshall had six prior driving while
license revoked offenses. Mr. Marshall’s license revocation was based
upon a violation of the DUI laws of this State.

People v. Leearius Williams, No. 15 CF 145
On November 3, 2015, Judge William Workman accepted a fully
negotiated plea agreement sending Leearius Williams to the
Department of Corrections for the offense of Unlawful Possession of
a Stolen Motor Vehicle, a class 2 felony. Leearius Williams will
serve 4 years in prison followed by 2 years of mandatory supervised
release. The sentence carries a recommendation for Impact
Incarceration.
People v. Keith Riesselman, No. 15 CF 31
On November 3, 2015, Judge William Workman accepted a fully
negotiated plea agreement sending Keith Riesselman to the Department
of Corrections for the offense of Aggravated Driving Under the
Influence, a class 2 felony. Keith Riesselman will serve 3 years in
prison followed by 2 years of mandatory supervised release.
