Last
week, LDN spied Brenda and Cliff Scott on their "Catrick"
Tadpole Tricycles. The couple have been riding about
15-20 miles every day for almost 45 years. Right now
they are gearing up for a fall run in Missouri
called the "Katie Trail" from St. Charles to
Clinton, almost a 250-mile trek.
The Scotts plan to take camp out during their trek
and will take gear with them on their trikes. The
campgrounds on the "Katie Trail" are distanced 45 to
60 miles apart. This is farther than the Scott's
typically ride in a day so they will be ramping up
their daily sessions to get into shape for the big
event. If you see them out and about, give them a
honk or a wave to show your support for the
enthusiasm they have for their hobby.
