And “other discussion”
On March 6th and 7th, 2015, the city council held special workshop
sessions in Normal to outline a five-year strategic plan for the
city. That meeting was led by Katie Davison of the Northwestern
Illinois University Center for Governmental Studies. When the two
sessions were completed, Davison took the information gathered and
compiled it into a plan document, the City of Lincoln 2020 Strategic
Plan.
She later delivered the document to the city, which is now
available for public viewing on the city website.
