Members of
the Lincoln City Council view a powerpoint
presentation on Saturday during a review of the
Lincoln 2020 Strategic Plan. The group looked at
data from the first strategic planning sessions in
March of 2015; then discussed what they have
accomplished, what yet needs to be done, and what
could be added to the plan for future years. LDN
will begin on Tuesday with a series of reports
regarding this one-year anniversary review of the
plan.

With bitter cold temperatures on Sunday morning after
Saturday's snow, winds sweeping across wide open fields
lifted clouds of fine snow high in the air. This
sundog made its appearance around 9 a.m. The view is looking
southeast across Lincoln Parkway at Nicholson Road.
