On
Monday evening the gallery of the Lincoln City
Council Chamber was filled with persons interested
in hearing the outcome of a vote regarding the Pekin
Street Parking Lot. During the meeting, Mayor Marty
Neitzel asked that the motion to rescind a previous
negative vote, as well as a motion to approve a new
vote on the same topic be tabled for further
discussion. City aldermen agreed to the rescind and
table the matter casting a vote of 8-0.
