Gracepoint Short-Term Rehab at the Christian Village takes in first residents

[October 06, 2016]  The Christian Village is pleased to announce GracePoint short-term rehab – a new perspective on short-term rehabilitation and post-acute care. Our first residents moved into our brand new wing on September 28th, 2016.

GracePoint guests will enjoy the new, well-appointed suites and patient first approach – all designed to get you home faster.

GracePoint offers expertise in cardio-pulmonary care, orthopedic care, neuro/post-stroke care, physical, speech and occupational therapy, diabetes management and specialized wound care.

The Christian Village, 1507 7th St. in Lincoln is one of thirteen communities whose parent company is Christian Homes, Inc. (CHI). CHI is a faith-based, not-for-profit with communities located in four Midwestern states.
