Paraprofessional Needed

Applications are being accepted for a Paraprofessional at Chester-East Lincoln CCSD #61.

Applicants must have or be qualified to receive a Paraprofessional Certificate issued through the State of Illinois.

Responsibilities include assisting with the preparation and implementation of activities, supervision of students, and may include physical care for assigned students such as bathroom assistance.

Logan County
Assistant County Engineer

The Logan County Highway Department is accepting applications for the position of Assistant County Engineer. The position includes design, construction, and maintenance engineering on the roads and bridges of Logan County.

Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering with at least 4 years of practical experience involving highway/bridge design and construction.

Candidate should be familiar with IDOT policies and procedures. Must have strong computer/technology skills, and have good communication skills with the ability to work with a wide variety of public stakeholders.

Candidate should be a registered Professional Engineer in the State of Illinois, or have the ability to become registered within 2 years of employment.
