Executive Director Assistant Needed

Logan County Tourism Bureau is seeking an Executive Director Assistant. The qualified candidate will work Monday-Friday 9am-5pm with occasional weekends and nights during meetings or events.

Must be proficient in Word,QuickBooks, Social Media, and Excel. If you have good interpersonal skills and organizational skills, able to work independently, and have strong computer skills we would like to talk to you.

Administrative Assistant Full-time Salaried Position Must have good communication and computer skills.

Duties: Data entry; responsible for processing all court information accurately for use by office staff and for statistical reporting purposes; answering the phone; filing; greeting clients, the public and other agencies; observing and collecting drug tests.

Must be able to pass a fingerprint background check and drug test.
