A
roar went up in the Sheep Barn’s Show
Ring on Thursday morning such that you
would have thought the whole fairground
heard. It was the moment Judge Cody
Zeeck went over and shook winner Dara
Entwistle’s hand as the winner of the
Alumni Sheep Show competition. Just one
sheep away, son Cole Baker was in shock.
There was plenty of playful jibes and
camaraderie between multi-generation
families and friends and all enjoyed
themselves reliving the thrill of the
ring.
