Thirty-five
local high schools powered their athletes to new
heights with chocolate milk last year. But only
one team took home the crown of “2016 Power Up
School of the Year.” The Hartsburg- Emden High
School volleyball team earned the title for
their dedication to building healthy student
athletes. The title was awarded by St. Louis
District Dairy Council, a nonprofit education
organization, and supported by local dairy
farmers.
