Monday evening the newest Ward 3
Alderwoman takes her seat after being
sworn into office by Mayor Seth Goodman.
Goodman had announced that his choice
for the seat would be Heidi Browne.
Aldermen were then asked to approve the
recommendation and they did so by
unanimous vote. Browne will serve out
the remainder of the term of former
Alderman Todd Mourning.
Aldermen also approved by a vote of
7-0-1 the selection of Wes Woodhall of
Lincoln as the newest Code Enforcement
Officer for the city of Lincoln Building
and Safety Department. Browne chose to
abstain from all votes on Monday
evening.
