'Remember’
and ‘Celebrate.’ On Saturday, the
gathering of people at the Lincoln
Center Jack Nutt Arena could write books
on remembering and celebrating.
Remembering those who fought and lost
the battle against cancer, and
celebrating the victors, the ones who
are with us today because they are
survivors. The occasion was the annual
Relay for Life. With a primary goal of
raising funds for the American Cancer
Society, the event holds much deeper
meaning for many of those who attend
each year.
