This
past Monday, the Borst Bonanza in
Lincoln began a 35-Year Anniversary
celebration by offering 35-cent sirloins
steaks with a regular buffet order for
the next three weeks. Though the Borst
Family history is Lincoln spans only 35
years, the family has multiple
generations and many years in the
restaurant business, getting their start
in Michigan, moving to Springfield and
to Lincoln. The Borst Family feels
blessed to have enjoyed such success,
but also to have enjoyed making many
strong friendships and relationships
with customers and staff. Left to right

Dieckow, Marjorie and John Borst and
their son Brett Borst.
