Abraham Lincoln Memorial Hospital and Logan County
Department of Public Health is currently taking an
online Health Needs Survey. According to Angela
Stoltzenburg of ALMH, the survey will take the average
respondent about six minutes to complete. The
information is important to the two health provider
entities in that it will help them determine where they
should place their priorities when addressing the needs
of the community they serve.
The survey will be online through February 12th. Please
take six minutes to share your concerns and opinions.
