Due
to moving out of Ward Two, Alderman Colby Leith has tendered
his resignation from the Lincoln City Council. Leith
accepted the appointment to the seat under former Mayor Seth
Goodman in February of this year.
The Tuesday, August 25th meeting was Leith’s last meeting.
He was presented with a plaque by Acting Mayor Tracy Welch
in appreciation for his service to the city.
August is a five Monday month and Monday, September 7th is
the official Labor Day holiday. The next session of the
council will be held on Tuesday, September 8th.
