On
July 1st, gaming parlors were permitted to re-open in the state of
Illinois. Once again, guests to the parlors are expected to adhere
to state COVID-19 guidelines including wearing facemasks and
observing proper distancing while inside the buildings.

Beginning Tuesday, July 7, 2020, at 7:00
a.m., Decatur Street in Lincoln will be closed to through traffic
between Chicago Street and South Kickapoo Street. This includes the
200 Block of Decatur. The closure will be in effect for
approximately two days to complete the manhole replacement.
